When you contact us through the brief form or by email, we receive the name, email address, optional phone number and the message you choose to send. If you visit the website, our hosting provider records standard request information — IP address, request time, browser type — for security and reliability.
Enquiry messages that do not become a commission are deleted from our inbox within twelve months. Records of completed commissions are kept for seven years, after which they are securely destroyed unless we are required to keep them for longer.
Only the people at the atelier who need to see it. We do not sell your information. We rely on a small number of trusted suppliers — our shared-hosting provider, a freight forwarder for delivery, and our accountant — who are bound to use the information only as instructed.
